Our room is filled with belly laughs and giggles!
Yesterday, we went to have his visa picture made. He did great! He walked in public for the first time.
He had a big cookie hanging out of his mouth for the pic. Can't wait to see it! When we finished our appointment, we went to eat with friends at a Thai restaurant. There were dancers and singers performing. O danced and clapped.
When we returned to the room he decided he didn't need his clothes...but he did need sunglasses.
and shoes. He started playing hide and seek. The laughs began and haven't stopped.
He loves being tickled and tickling us.
He loves brushing his teeth and this hair.
He loves flying through the air.
And he most definitely loves eating.
feeding himself...
Precious!
He decided to feed Momma this morning.
Then, he helped BaBa clean out our mini-fridge.
The thought of going to the museum put him to sleep.
and he slept...
and slept...
We enjoyed learning about this area. Well, Momma and Baba did. O slept.
He woke up in time for the animals. Long ago, deer lived in this area...This is for you, YehYeh.
He's a CUTIE! We walked through a forest....
swam with whales...
ran from the TRex...
and rode the escalator...one of our favorite activities.
I need a list of all the places at home with elevators and escalators!
Finally, we joined friends at a Mexican restaurant for lunch.
He enjoyed coloring his Nemo book more than he did eating.
O is sleeping now...again.
We are waiting for Eve to arrive. We are so excited to see her.
We will spend tonight with her.
Tomorrow we visit O's orphanage. It will be a LONG day...more than 12 hours of travel. Please pray for safe and uneventful travels. Also, pray for O's little heart.
We have read that the visit is a great time of closure for little one's, but I know it will also be hard.
He is saying goodbye to the only home he has ever known. It breaks my heart to think about everything he has been through.
The following day is also a big day...medicals. YUCK!
So, you may not hear from me for a few days, but please continue to pray. These are big days.
Eve is on her way to our room now, so I must go! Thank you for joining us in prayer!

Praying for you all! I know you are on a roller coaster of emotions and anxious to get home and get settled in. We can't wait for regular play dates with E and O!! Be safe sweet friends. We love you and are praying.
The Comptons
Looks like your having fun! So glad that he is full of laughs. He is beautiful. Love the picture of him in the tugboat Jon Jon!
Just had to say that I LOVE seeing you guys together. I know the wait was so so hard but now, all those "labor pains" are forgotten. Forgotten as soon as you see that beautiful face. He is adorable, especially in his diaper, shoes and sunglasses. He also looks so happy. Both of you look like you have been parenting for years, old pros at this. Enjoy your time together!
