2+1=One Big Happy Family

We have had an amazing few days. Our little one is adjusting well.

His first night with us he enjoyed playing with his stacking cups.

His nannies brought the gifts that we sent him. He loves his Build-A-Bear monkey.

He likes his right pointer finger in his mouth and his left hand twirling his shirt when he sleeps.

Tuesday, he ate a HUGE breakfast including boiled egg, banana, congee, chicken sausage, noodles, yogurt... At 9:30 we met our group to go to another meeting. I was a little concerned because it was the same building as the day before.

He did great. We promised to love and care for him.

After the meeting, it was nap time.

He went right to sleep. I slept too while Daddy went to get lunch. When he woke up, he ate lunch...

and played with the puzzle his friend, Crawford, gave him.

He brought us our shoes to request a walk outside. So, we went to the TrustMart. He picked out some juice pouches similar to CapriSun. The juice pouches are his favorite. They are easy to drink.

After our long walk, he rested with Daddy for a bit. Then, spent a little time in the hotel playroom. Later, we went on a search for milk tea. We were unsuccessful, but found another drink that O likes.

It was almost bedtime when we returned. We "bathed" and brushed teeth.

He even brushed his hair for awhile.

Night, Night!

This morning we went straight to breakfast. He ate a ton. Today, he tried all the things from yesterday plus dragon fruit, a fruit cocktail, bacon and orange juice. If you don't want him to eat it, keep it out of sight.

He loves brushing his teeth. He brushed teeth with Daddy.

And watched the cars out the window.

Another walk outside.

followed by another trip to the playroom. He had lots of fun with Daddy!

Daddy taught him his first magnet lesson.

He loved the magnet sticks and balls!

He cleaned up the playroom and was ready to go. We came back to the room. He ate lunch and is napping now.

He is starting to show a little bit of his personality! He seems to be adjusting so quickly. We are so thankful for all that his nanny did to prepare him for this huge transition. We are also thankful for all of your prayers. Please continue to pray for him during this adjustment.

We go to have his Visa picture made this afternoon. Tomorrow Eve comes to visit.

We are blessed!!!
