We enjoyed a slow morning and then an afternoon trip to the zoo. O was excited about the elephants and panda. He also enjoyed feeding the giraffe. Brother was more interested in snacking his way through the day than looking at animals.

After the zoo we went to one of my favorite restaurants in Guangzhou. It's a fav for four reasons:
1. I'm a sucker for homemade noodles.
2. O and I ate here for Children's Day during his China trip. (Baba was at the hotel trying to recover from hand, foot and mouth. His memories of that night are not as pleasant.)
3. They have pinyin and pictures on their menu.
4. The food is YUMMY and clean!
