Our Consulate Appointment was today. YAY! Our entire trip revolved around this event. We stood in a poorly lit room, swore an oath to care for O and that his paperwork was correct, they looked at our papers, and we left. That was it!
We were not allowed to take any electronic devices. Our guide took this pic of us to remember this big step in the process.
Tomorrow we should receive O's visa, our Golden ticket to return to the states.
While we have loved our time here, we are ready to start the transition to life at home.
O has enjoyed this beautiful view during his breakfast of eggs, congee, noodles, fruit, yogurt, steamed buns, etc. I am going to have to step up my game.
Pray that we receive O's visa tomorrow.
